Returns & Cancellations

At MO Elixir we put a great deal of care into every bottle that leaves our Kerala facility. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right — quickly and without fuss.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel a freshly placed order within 4 hours of checkout, provided the parcel has not yet been packed. To cancel, please WhatsApp us at +91 974 690 5720 or write to experience@moelixir.com with your order number. A 100% refund of any prepaid amount will be initiated within 2 working days.

Once an order has been packed and handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled — you may instead refuse delivery or follow our return process below.

Returns — What’s Eligible

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used hair-care products. We will, however, replace or refund a product in any of the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged, leaking or tampered with
  • You received the wrong item or a missing item from a multi-product order
  • The product is defective or expired on arrival

How to Raise a Return Request

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and share the following:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • 2–3 clear photos of the product and outer packaging
  • An unboxing video, if the parcel arrived damaged or tampered

Resolution Options

Once your return request is approved you can choose one of the following:

  1. Free replacement shipped to your original delivery address
  2. Store credit equal to 100% of the affected item value, valid for 12 months
  3. Refund back to the original payment method (prepaid orders only)

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid orders: 5–7 working days to the original card / UPI / netbanking account from the date the refund is initiated
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refund issued as store credit, or as a bank transfer to a UPI / account number you share with us — typically within 7 working days

Reverse Pickup

For approved return cases, we arrange a free reverse pickup wherever the courier services your pin code. Please keep the original packaging and any unused product available for collection. Pickup typically happens within 3–6 working days.

If reverse pickup isn’t serviceable in your area, we will share a self-ship address along with reimbursement of the courier cost (up to ₹120) on confirmation of return at our warehouse.

Items We Cannot Accept Back

  • Products that have been opened, used or partially consumed (unless damaged or defective on arrival)
  • Products purchased on clearance, sale or as a free gift
  • Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery

Allergies & Sensitivities

All MO Elixir products are sulphate-free, paraben-free and cruelty-free, and the full ingredient list is published on every product page. We strongly recommend a small patch test before first use. If you experience any irritation, please discontinue use immediately and write to us — we will guide you on the next steps and, in genuine cases, replace or refund the product.
