About the products
Are MO Elixir products sulphate-free and paraben-free?
Yes. Every MO Elixir formula is sulphate-free and paraben-free. We use plant-based, well-tolerated cleansers so the formulas cleanse gently without stripping the scalp’s natural moisture or oils.
Are MO Elixir products cruelty-free?
Always. We never test on animals, and our suppliers are required to confirm the same. The full collection is cruelty-free.
What ingredients do you use?
Our hero ingredients are Rosemary, Aloe Vera, Neem, Amla and Curry Leaf. Each of our products is crafted with this Ayurvedic blend, alongside complementary ingredients like coconut extract, argan oil, shea butter and Vitamin E in our Conditioner. We use minimal preservatives and a light natural fragrance — never synthetic colour or essential-oil overload.
Are the products suitable for all hair types?
Yes — the line is designed for daily use across hair types: dry, oily, frizzy, fine, curly, coloured or chemically treated. The Rosemary Shampoo balances the scalp; the Conditioner adds slip and shine; the Hair Tonic Mist refreshes anytime, anywhere.
How long does each bottle last?
The 300 ml Shampoo and Conditioner each last 6–8 weeks for daily-wash users; 10–12 weeks if you wash 2–3 times per week. The 100 ml Hair Tonic Mist lasts roughly 4–6 weeks with a daily spritz.
How should I store the products?
Keep the bottles upright in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 12 months for best freshness.
Orders & shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major Indian credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery for serviceable pin codes.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our Kerala warehouse within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Standard delivery: 3–5 business days across India for metros, 5–7 business days for non-metros. You’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on every order over ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹79 shipping fee.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — the next stops are the GCC region and Singapore. Subscribe to the newsletter to be the first to know.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The moment your order ships you’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also log in to your account on this site under My Account → Orders to see live tracking.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Yes — if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. WhatsApp us at +91 974 690 5720 within 6 hours of placing the order, with your order number, and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
Returns & support
What is your return and refund policy?
If a product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it free of charge or refund you in full — just write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos. For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I start a return or refund?
Email experience@moelixir.com or WhatsApp +91 974 690 5720 with your order number, a brief description, and a photo if applicable. We respond within one business day.
Where are MO Elixir products made?
Every bottle is formulated and filled in Kerala, India, in partnership with our manufacturing collaborator Param Pavithra. Made with intention, by hand-checked batches.
