Order Processing

Every MO Elixir order is hand-packed at our facility in Kerala. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Timelines (Within India)

  • Metro cities (Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune): 3–5 working days
  • Tier 2 cities: 4–7 working days
  • Other locations & remote pin codes: 5–10 working days
  • North-East India, Andaman & Nicobar, J&K, Ladakh: 7–12 working days

These timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary slightly during festive seasons, monsoons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Standard shipping charge of ₹69 for prepaid orders below ₹999
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pin codes with an additional handling fee of ₹50

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you an AWB number along with the courier partner’s tracking link. You can also track the latest status anytime by logging into My Account and viewing your order history.

Courier Partners

We ship via trusted partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, India Post and Shiprocket Surface. The courier assigned to your shipment is chosen based on serviceability and speed for your delivery pin code.

International Shipping

At present we ship within India only. International shipping will be enabled in the coming months — please write to us if you would like to be notified when your country becomes serviceable.

Undelivered or Returned-to-Origin Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or three failed COD attempts, the courier returns the parcel to us. In such cases, we will reach out to confirm a re-ship to a corrected address (re-shipping charges apply for COD orders) or process a refund (less the original courier and COD handling fee for prepaid orders).

Damaged or Missing in Transit

Please record an unboxing video for any visibly damaged or tampered parcel and write to us at experience@moelixir.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement at the earliest.
